Good afternoon ECEC families,

 

The first week back after winter break has been great!  We hope everyone had a nice holiday season and enjoyed their time with family and friends.  We as a staff enjoyed the well-deserved break and are ready to continue providing the very best preschool experience for your children.

A few reminders…

Pick up Time:

Please be mindful of our pick-up times!  Our teachers have very limited time for clean-up and prep. 

All children need to be picked up before:

11:30 am for morning classes

3:00 pm for afternoon classes

We understand the occasional late pickup situation.  Reoccurring late pick-ups will begin to result in late pick-up fee charges.

 

TUITION: (If Applicable)

Tuition is due the first week of every month unless special arrangements have been made with the Preschool Coordinator. 

• You can pay by check made out to MCSD, exact cash, or online at RevTrak

 

Parking:

Please remember to park in the southwest parking lot (across from the ball fields) and use the crosswalks to cross the street. The back lot is reserved for staff and those with designated plates or hang tags.  Parking is not allowed along the front or side of the building. 

Snowy Weather: 

-As the snowy weather is starting up, our District maintenance crew will be plowing the parking lot and sidewalk areas as quickly as possible.  Please be sure to walk carefully and safely into the building during inclement weather!

-Here at ECEC we follow the MCSD Snow Day Protocol.   In the case of either a late start day or remote learning day, BOTH AM and PM preschool classes are cancelled.   

-Please take a moment to label your child’s coat/jacket!
