November ECEC Newsletter

We hope that everyone has enjoyed these first 2 months of the school year as much as we have. It’s great to see all of the classrooms settling into their routines and learning new things!
Please be sure to check your child’s backpack DAILY, and remove papers, artwork, etc. if possible. This will let the teachers know that you’ve seen items that are going home with children.
We also ask that you send a change of clothes in your child’s backpack every day. This helps in case of accidents so we can change your child instead of needing to call you!
A Few Reminders:
- NO COSTUMES AT SCHOOL for Halloween. If you would like to send a small “something” to school with your child to share with their friends, be sure that it’s nut free and purchased from a store. Some of our favorite items are non-food related (i.e., stickers, pencils, playdough, small toys, etc.)
- A big THANK YOU to everyone for parking across the street in the big parking lot, using the crosswalks, and walking your preschooler safely into school! The front of the building is ONLY for bus/emergency vehicle parking.
- Another reminder for pick up time! All children must be picked up no later than 11:30 am for morning classes and 3:00 pm for afternoon classes. Our teachers have a very limited amount of time for clean-up and prep.
- Please send your child with a jacket/coat every day. (Be sure to label them!) Teachers will be taking the children out to the playground as long as the weather will allow.
- Tuition (if applicable) is due the first week of every month.
We have 3 options available for paying tuition:
-Online/card payments (You will need to log in and pay each month) This links to RevTrak
-Check made out to MCSD (Murray City School District)
-Exact cash. (We do not keep change on site)
Be sure to set a calendar reminder to avoid needing to pay the late tuition fee!
